Notables such as George Balanchine, Martha Graham and Suzanne Farrell frequented the original New York Studio set up by Pilates. Our class follows the “True Pilates” method, handed down directly from Joseph Pilates to his students. This class is the perfect companion to our Ballet for Ballroom class. All levels welcome.
